Born Sept. 29, 1930, in Scotland, Pa., he was a son of the late Paul and Ella Jane Armstrong Reeder.
For 22 years, he worked at Knouse Foods, Orrtanna. For several years, he also owned and operated Reeder's 66 Service Station, Gettysburg.
Mr. Reeder was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was a member of the Ira E. Lady Post of American Legion, Biglerville, and American Association of Retired Persons.
Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Darlene Wagaman Reeder; three daughters, Helen J. Hill of Youngstown, Ohio; Cindy K. Rock of Fayetteville, and Donna D. of Aspers; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Phyllis Fitzgerald and Doris J. Schwartz, both of Chambersburg.
A daughter and a granddaughter preceded him in death.
