Old Settler Dead
Piedmont July 28 - Frank Curtis died at his home west of town last Wednesday of Typhoid fever. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Cullison and the body was laid to rest in the Piedmont cemetery Thursday afternoon. Mr. Curtis was about 50 years old and had been a resident of this county for more then a quarter of a century. He leaves a wife to mourn his departure.
