ABE HEFFNER FITZ, 348 South Cannon Avenue, died at the Washington County Hospital Tuesday, aged 62 years. He was born at Roadside, Pa., near Waynesboro. A son of Jerome and Annie (Law) Fitz, he had been living here for the past 12 years.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Henson, Hagerstown, one grandson; brothers, Stover, John W., Bruce D. and Frank Fitz, all of Waynesboro, Pa.
Services were conducted at the A.K. Coffman Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
