John G. Dunn, age 95, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 in Medina.

John was born November 27, 1919 in Chillicothe, OH to the late Charles and Mildred Dunn.

He was a retired boiler maker and member of Local 744. John was an avid sports fan, enjoying the Cleveland Browns, OSU, and the Cleveland Indians. He served his country proudly in the U.S.Marine Corps during WWII.

He was preceded in death by his wife Marie, sister Etta Bloomingdale; and sons George Gallagher and John Dunn; son-in-law Douglas Bedford.

Family will receive Friday from 4-8:00 P.M. at the Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 3 at York Township Cemetery. Please meet for a brief time of prayer at the funeral home at 9:30 A.M., leading up to the graveside service.
