She married Henry (Bert) Buell Ober, February 06, 1895 at the Episcopal Church in Kansas City, Kansas.
They owned the famous Ober's Clothiers and Furnishers in Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas. Known to all of the alumni of the University of Kansas. Their house at 1509 Massachusetts Street in Lawrence is on the National register of Historic Places.
