Died.

At her residence in Severy, on Wednesday the 24th inst., at 2:15 a.m., Mrs. J. Livengood, of cancer, from which she had been a sufferer for many months. Was born at Sparta , Ind., March 20th, 1848; hence was 38 years and 4 days old at death. Was married in Jones Co., Iowa, 1878, to Mr. J. Livengood, her now bereaved husband. In early life she united with the M.E. church, of which she remained a worthy member till death. She was conscious of the approach of death, and shortly before she died, called her little boy to her side, and bade him adieu. The funeral services were attended to Thursday, March 25th, at the M.E. church, by Rev. Hatfield, and the remains were interred at the cemetery, north of Severy. She leaves many friends to mourn her loss.
