Daughter of Richard Charles Hill and Ellie Bigley Hill, twin of Lorena Hill Fussell. Married Oscar Clarence Meyer in 1921 in Harris Cty, Texas. Mother of four sons: Oscar Clarence Jr, Albert Charles, Leander Barry, Donald Merle, and one daughter: Edna Pearl.

Annie lived a life of strong faith in Jesus all the days of her life, carrying on the legacy of her ancestors, including her maternal grandfather, Rev. Leander Barry Bigley. That legacy lives on through her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
