Anna Lulu is the daughter of Neis Wender and Amos Zook. Often times confused with Cook. In 1880, her family is listed as Zook, residing in Cass Co. Indiana.

Anna married first to Fred Schroeder in 1895. Anna and Fred had at least one son, Alvin, born March 1896. Fred died on 05 July 1904 in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, from general alterio schlerosis, with contributing cause of intestinal nephritis. (Washington Death Certificate #1554). He is also buried here in Evergreen Cemetery, next to Anna. Fred was born in Germany and emigrated in 1873. While in Missouri, he was a fireman. Son Alvin Schroeder is buried in this lot with Anna and Fred also.

Anna married second to James Edward Stringer in 1904. Marriage certificate Snohomish County, Washington. Witnessing the marriage is AO Zook. James Stringer was first married to Ida Davis in 1895. A daughter Lillian was born to Anna and James. She married Theodore W. Senff in 1928. James Edward Stringer died in 1911 and is buried at the GAR cemetery in Snohomish.

After James died, Anna married Edward Troupe in 1911. Edward and Anna had at least two children, Calvin Amos born 1913, and Blanche Mae born 1915. Blanche married Stanley Ridley in 1932. He was the son of Ernest Ridley born in England, and Lilley Godfrey born in England. Stanley was a miner and born in Winnipeg, Canada. Both Stanley and Blanche are buried next to her mother Anna Troupe.

Edward and Anna Troupe resided in Everett and are shown in 1920 as having two children, Lillian, born 1904 and Calvin born 1913. I believe Lillian may be a daughter of Anna and her first husband Fred Schroeder. A broken marker next to Anna may be that of Edward Troupe. See Edward Troupe's memorial for second page of their marriage certificate with personal information on it. Edward Troupe was a fisherman and son of Frank Troup and Sarah M. Orr.
