Bobby Thomas Alford, 80, of Gadsden, passed away Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015. Funeral services at Collier-Butler Chapel. Burial at First Baptist Church of Hokes Bluff Cemetery. Mr. Alford was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pat Alford; father, Roy Alford; mother, Alma May Morris; brothers, Donald and Travis Alford; and sister, Faye Alford Hughes. He is survived by his children, Michael (Becky) Alford, Tommy (Gail) Alford, Deanna (Avery) Pruitt, Denise (Joe) Pollard, Amanda Alford and Christopher Alford; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers, Billy Alford and Judson Alford; and sisters, Janice Alford, Carolyn Tucker and Sybil Chapman.
