Morton Cree Robertson 81, of 1768 Lincoln Way East, died unexpectedly at 8:30 Wednesday in his home. Death was attributed to a heart attack.

Mr. Robertson was born Sept. 24, 1890, on the old Robertson homestead in Green Township, son of the late Samuel N. and Annie Blair Robertson.

He was a lifelong resident of this community. A member of Central Presbyterian Church and an elder for many years, he was a member of the Brotherhood Sunday School Class. He was an Army Veteran of World War I from 1917 to 1919, going overseas in 1918; serving in five engagements and in the Army of Occupation. He was a farmer most of his life. For 17 years prior to retirement, he was employed at Scotland School for Veterans Children.

Surivors include his widow; Mrs. Ann Strickler Robertson; a daughter, Miss Nancy J. Roberton, Baltimore, Md.; a brother and a sister; John Blair Robertson, Oregon, Ills., and Miss Mary Robertson, John H. Shook Home for the Aged. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.
