Albert G. Locey, 78, of Crooked Creek, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1971, in the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro. Mr. Locey was a retired lumber buyer for the former New York Central Railroad with 40 years of service. Born Feb. 27, 1882, at Wellsboro, RD, he was the son of Vine and Emma Dartt Locey. He was a member of of the Holiday Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. The funeral was held on Saturday in the church. Burial was in Middlebury Union Cemetery The Rev. Robert Reese and Rev.
