James Jefferson "Jim" Fuller, age 71, passed away peacefully at his home at Bolivia, Brunswick County, NC, on Thursday, January 8, 2015.
A native of Charlotte, he grew up in Mount Holly and was a son of the late Leo Fuller, Sr. and Julia Bratton Lowry Fuller. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Belmont, where he sang in the Sanctuary Choir. He was the President of Mount Holly Furniture Company, Inc., and served on the board of directors of Citizens South Bank for more than 40 years, on the board of Citizens South Financial Services, Inc. for 31 years, and on the board of Citizens South Banking Corporation for 14 years. He served on the Mount Holly Rescue Squad for 15 years, was an instrument-rated pilot since the early 1980's, and was a member of Charlotte Hangar of The Quiet Birdmen.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Campbell Fuller; daughters, Elizabeth Fuller Davis and husband Steve of Mooresville, and Katherine Fuller Huffstickler and husband Brian of Belmont; grandchildren, Jackson and Jordan Davis, and Anna and Andrew Huffstickler; and siblings, Julia Ann Fuller Jones of Midlothian, VA, and Leo Fuller, Jr. of Denver, NC. He is also survived by his wife's children, George Edward Lemond and wife Kia, Laura Grace Kaufman and husband Konrad, and Mary Quinn Lemond.
