From the Boston Gazette, February 12, 1739:

Newport, Feb 9. Mrs Mary Hazard, widow of Mr Robert Hazard, of South Kingston, and Grand Mother to the deceased George Hazard, Esq, late Deputy Governor of Rhode Island, departed this life the 28th day of January last, in the Hundredth Year of her age, who was decently interred the Wednesday following. She had 500 Children, Grand Children, and Great Grand Children, and left behind her now living two hundred and five of the aforesaid number. She was accounted a very useful Gentlewoman both to the Poor and Rich on many accounts, and particularly amongst Sick Persons for her Skill and Judgement, which she did Gratis.

Mary and Robert had at least nine children:
1 - Thomas, born 1660; died November, 1746: married Susanna Nichols.
2 - George, died 1743; married Penelope Wilbur.
3 - Stephen, died September 29, 1727; married Elizabeth Helme.
4 - Martha, died 1753; married Thomas Wlicox.
5 - A daughter, (given name unknown) ; married Edward Wilcox.
6 - Robert, died 1718; married Amey (surname unknown).
7 - Jeremiah, born March 25, 1675; died February 2, 1768; married Sarah Smith.
8 - Mary, born 1676; died 1722; married John Robinson.
9 - Hannah, married Jeffery Champlin.
