Mrs. Myrl C. Lichtenwalter, formerly Esther E. Falk of Chicago, died suddenly December 14.
Mrs. Lichtenwalter was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Falk. She was born in Iron River, attended the local schools, graduating from high school here. Upon graduation, she attended the University of Michigan Nursing School, where she obtained her degree in nursing. She recently attended the 50th Class reunion of her nursing class.
Mrs. Lichtenwalter is survived by her husband, Myrl; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Ruth Janette) Lucas of Palatine, Ill., and Mrs. Ivan (Myrl Annette) Den Besten, of Bowling Green, Ohio; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Hartstedt and Edna Falk of Iron River; three brothers, Harold and Elmer of Iron River and R. Orville of Fresno, California.
Funeral services were held at the Drake and Son Funeral Home on December 17. Officiating were Rev. C. James Pasma and Rev. Ralph Gade of Northwest Baptist Church.
Entombment was at the Memorial Park Mausoleum in Memorial Park Cemetery in Chicago.
