Born in Seymour, May 24, 1965, Mr. Casey was the son of John V. and Juanita O. Litton Casey.
He married Susan M. Stafford July 9, 1988.
Mr. Casey was formerly employed at Arvin Industries, CCG and part time at Wal-Mart.

wife, Susan M. Casey;
children, Christy Casey, Jason Casey and Chad Casey;
father, John V. (Peggy) Casey;
mother, Juanita O. Litton Coulter (Walt) Hoyt;
brothers, John (Sheri) Casey, Andrew (Michelle) Coulter, Bryan (Susannah) Coulter, and Charles (Debbie) Casey;
stepbrother, Melvin Coulter;
stepsister, Debbie Stravolous;
grandson, Evan Casey; and
13 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, James Coulter.
