Joseph L. Favre, 90, of Conway died Monday October 15, 2001 in Conway.
Born March 30, 1911, in Conway, son of Leo and Josephine Ficker Favre, he was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Margaret Moix Favre.
Survivors are two sons, Joe. A. Favre of Lumberton, Texas, and Norbert Favre of Conway; three daughters, Margaret Ann Horvatincic of Little Rock, Amelia Briggler of Conway and Dorothy Burgin of Conway; four sisters, Mary Hiegel, Catherin Favre, Carolyn Favre and Sister M. Laurene Favre, all of Conway; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Deniger officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Robert Moix, Jim Favre, Allen Favre, Kevin Briggler, Keith Briggler and Mark Briggler.
Rosary will be 7 p.m. today at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
Memorials may be made to the St. Joseph Catholic School Endowment Fund.
