Mrs. Daisy I. Haines Fletcher, seventy-one, of Mount Joy R2, died at St. Joseph's Hospital at 5:45 a.m. today, after a short illness. She was born in Newtown, Columbia R1, a daughter of the late Nehemiah and Anna Shenk Haines. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Maytown. These children survive: Paul, Columbia; Frank H. Jr., Mount Joy R2; and Mrs. Anna Houseal, Marietta R1; also 18 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and three brothers, John Haines, Mount Joy R2; and William and Abram Haines, Columbia R2.
