Rhonda was born to Ronald L. Raspberry and Bonnie Vinas on May 2, 1963. Rhonda was born hydrocephalic (water on the brain) and was legally blind and never able to walk. Dispite her disabilities, she was a wonderful,happy child full of love for everyone. She is greatly missed by her Dad, Mom and sisters, Sheila Raspberry Bruner and Sheri Raspberry Morris.
