Mildred Virginia Skinner's mother was actually Eva M. Skinner, 121190755, Mildred was born out of wedlock and raised as a child of Ernest and Della Shry Skinner her maternal grandparents. Eva was my great aunt and I discovered this while doing Ancestry work. I never linked Mildred with Eva because I don't know how many relatives know the truth and didn't want to open up a can of worms. Her biological father is unknown.
