Charles L. Landrum, 91, father of two Dallas residents, died Saturday at his home in Marietta, Okla., after a brief illness.

The Dallas children, two of 16 surviving Landrum, are Miss Odette Landrum and Mrs. Wilda Landrum Bale.

Landrum had been a resident of Marietta for the last 70 years. He was a retired farmer.

Other survivors are his wife; eight other daughters, Mrs. Hallie Gage of McFareland, Calif., Mrs. Frank Love of Enid, Okla., Mrs. Roy Brazelton of Gainesville, Mrs. M.M. Wallis of Ardmore, Okla., Mrs. Ernest Rose of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Robert Kyle of Odessa, Mrs. G.O. Jackson of Tishomingo, Okla., and Mrs. John Egger of LaPorte; six sons, Charles Landrum of Bellville, William Landrum of Marietta, Joe Landrum of Houston, Calhoun Landrum of Enid, Gene Landrum of Center and Wallis Landrum of Tulsa, Okla.; 26 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Sunday in Marietta with burial there.
