Stacie Lee Nichols (Patterson) was my Niece. Stacie was close in age to me which made her more of a sister than a niece. She was a spitfire with a heart of gold and a sparkle in her eye. She had a great sense of humor and her laughter was contagious. Stacie loved her husband and three children more than her own life and was a wonderful wife and mother.
Stacie lost her best friend, her father just twenty two days before her own passing. Her death was very unexpected and has left her family in total shock from which we will never fully recover.
We know she has been reunited with her father in heaven and that they are more alive now than when here on earth with us, but she is missed here beyond words. We love you Stacie Lee. Until we meet again...

Her Legacy... Stacie Nichols, age 43, of Gregory, Michigan passed away January 17, 2015. She was born on March 6, 1971 to Samuel and Diann (Satterfield) Patterson, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Stacie was a very involved wife and mother who loved spending time with her children. She enjoyed supporting her children's racing passion and was a member of the Christian Fellowship Church in Brighton, Michigan for 25 years.
Her Family... Stacie leaves behind her husband, Steve; her children Steven, Zack and Samantha; her mother, Diann Patterson; brother, Sam Patterson (Denise); Grandparents, Henry and Maybelline Satterfield; several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephew, Sammy Patterson. She is preceded in death by her father, Samuel Patterson, and Grandfather, Staton Patterson.
Her Farewell... Family and friends will gather on Friday January 23, 2015 from 3:00–8:00 PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Her community farewell will be on Saturday January 24, 2015 at 11:00AM, 10:00 AM gathering, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Maria Rosati will be officiating.
