Note: Did Francis and Charles get to New York? John Williams made his Will 8 Mar 1839 and filed at Boston claiming to be "of Boston". He made his brother, Timothy his executor. The last census at Underhill, VT was 1830. This Will was proved 8 Jul 1839 and Northborough is reporting his death. He mentions his niece in the Will, so although he still considered himself "of Boston", he did die at Northborough. Alice (Orne) Williams d. 21 May 1856 Northborough, MA (b. 23 Mar 1869 Salem).
