Violet L. Cors, 92 of Lafayette, died at 3:51 am Thursday at Milner Healthcare Center in Rossville. She was born June 1, 1922 in Camden, MI the daughter of Owen Otis and Letha Mae Mann Aemisegger. Her first marriage was to Kenneth Robinson on June 28,1941 and her second marriage was to Robert Cors in March of 1976. She worked in sales at the Fashion. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Lafayette.
She is survived by a son James (wife Donna) Robinson of Lafayette; two step-sons Bill Cors of Bedford, TX and Tom Cors of Traford, PA; a step daughter Patty Morrison of Bedford, TX. 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Two Brothers Lewis Aemisegger of Chelsea, MI; and Robert Aemisegger of Toledo, OH. Three brothers and two sisters preceded in death.
Memorial service will be held at 6pm Thursday, January 29th at the Chapel at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, with Fr. Eric Underwood officiating, the family will receive friends there from 4pm to time of service. Interment will take place February 5th at Reading Cemetery, Reading, MI.
