Virginia L. Darrow, 80, of Baldwinsville, died at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Auburn, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Pearl Meyers Brill. She graduated from Auburn Hospital Nursing Program and worked as a RN at the Auburn Hospital, Van Duyn Home & Hospital and for a short time in Minnesota. Ginny loved to garden and grow flowers, she was active with Baldwinsville Meals On Wheels for over 30 years. She was predeceased by her brother, Kenneth David Brill. Survived by her husband of 60 years, Raymond Darrow; son, Douglas Kenneth (Rosanne) Darrow of Philadelphia; daughter, Deborah Karen Darrow of Baldwinsville; granddaughter, Laura Ellen Darrow of West Chester, PA; sister, Patricia Powers of Auburn. Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 30 from 4 to 7 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 7 p.m. at Falardeau Funeral Home, 93 Downer Street. Burial will be in Weedsport Rural Cemetery, in the spring. Contributions: Baldwinsville Meals on Wheels, 76 Canton Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
