Fort Dodge -- Wendeline A. Rupp, 81, Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Kansas Soldiers' Home, Fort Dodge.

He was born Dec. 8, 1902 at Victoria to Alex and Barbara (Sanders) Rupp. He lived in Wichita from 1950 to 1980, where he was a welder until he retired in 1964.

Survivors include seven sons, Dean, Hays, W.I., Phillippines, D.C., Marissa, Ill., Del J., Wichita, B. Wayne, Weeping Water, Neb., Harvey L. and Larry E., both of Ellis; a daughter, Florie Seitzinger, Ellis; four brothers, Al, Norton, Alfred, Colorado Springs, Colo., Alex, Denver, and Elmer, Hays; four sisters, Christine Billinger and Olive McIntosh, both of Hays, Ellie Peters, Larned, and Tillie Weltz, Colby; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Burkhart Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th, Dodge City, with Msgr. Geroge Husmann officiating. Memorials should be sent to Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas, Box 1016, Hays, an organization for the physically and mentally handicapped.
