Sue Ann Higgins, 69, of Flatwoods, KY, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. She was born June 2, 1945, in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late Lowell and Pearl Ainsworth O’Neill.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Tim O’Neill.
She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Apostolic Lighthouse in Wurtland, KY.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Higgins; two sons, Kenneth M. (Barbara) Webb, of Cincinnati, OH and John Higgins, of Ironton, OH; a daughter, Cindy (Richard) Haddad, of Fairlawn; two grandchildren, Sean Webb and Anarose Knight; a great-granddaughter, Taeauna Knight; two brothers, Michael O’Neill and Charles “Chuck” O’Neill, both of Ironton, OH; several nieces and nephews; two aunts, and cousins who were like sisters.
