ELEANOR AYON "Ellie" Eleanor Ayon of Fresno has passed away.

She was born in Firebaugh, CA and lived in Hollister, CA while growing up.

She married her husband Phillip, moved to Southern California, raised four children, then moved to Fresno in 1973, becoming a co-owner of Fashion Footwear and H.S. Carlston.

She is survived by her husband Phillip; her four children Phil, Brenda, Marlene and Mark; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, sister, Carmen Quintero; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be held at Chapel of the Light, 1620 W. Belmont Avenue, on Sunday, May 7, 2006, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and Monday, May 8, 2006, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A Graveside Service will be at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S. Cornelia in Fresno on Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.

Remembrances may be made to the Leukemia Society of America.
