Geneva "Billie" Nay, 104, passed away peacefully at Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa on Saturday evening, January 17, 2015 where she had been a resident since August of 2010.

She was born on October 19, 1910 in Mediapolis, Iowa the daughter of Burton L and Marie (Baker) Nay.

The family lived in Waterloo and a Cedar Falls, Iowa until 1960.

Geneva earned her Business Education degree from Iowa State Teachers College (UNI) and a Masters in Business Education from the University of Iowa. After retiring from the faculty of Northern Illinois University, she moved in 1976 to Boone.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church and various educational and benevolent organizations.

Her parents; sister Nadine Schultz in August of 2000; and nephew Richard Schultz in March of 2013 preceded her in death.

She is survived by Richard's wife, Joan, and her family.
