Walter O. Wilkes, Jr., 65, of Yazoo City passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 at the VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Mr. Wilkes was a parts salesman at Motor Parts for many years. He was a veteran of the US Army.
Mr. Wilkes is survived by his brothers; Edward Wilkes of Yazoo City, and Roy Wilkes of Ridgeland, MS, aunt Josephine Roby of Yazoo City, 2 nephews, and one niece. He was preceded in death by his son Christopher Wilkes, and parents Walter and Mary Wilkes.
There will be a memorial service for Mr. Wilkes Saturday February 14th in Glenwood Cemetery
