David was the only son born to David William and Lottie Pearl (Prewett) Lester. They named their bundle of joy David Thomas Lester.
David died at Fir Lane Health & Rehabilitation, Shelton, Washington at 7:30 P.M. at the age of 61 from colon cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
He is survived by his father; a son and daughter, many loving cousins, and other family members.
Special Note: For many years the whereabouts of David's death or final resting place was unknown. After getting David's date of death and his death certificate; his cousin David and wife Theresa Taylor started searching for his final disposition. They finally found his ashes ( Jan 31, 2015) stored at Black Hills Crematory unclaimed. According to his death certificate, the cremation date was August 16, 2010.
