Milton D. (Jack) Adam, 62, of 112 Westgate Dr., a Westinghouse employe, died in Mansfield General Hospital today following a brief illness.
Mr. Adam lived here his entire life and was a Westinghouse employe for the last 32 years. He was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church and Westinghouse Veterans Assn.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Addie Statler Adam; one daughter, Miss Cindy Adam; one sister, Miss Nellie Adam of Shelby; five brothers, Roger and Russell Adam of Shelby, Ford Adam of Columbus, Roscoe Adam of Newark and Raymond Adam of Seattle, WA.
