Funeral services to be held Monday afternoon, October 3rd at the Bresee Avenue Nazarene Chapel. Service to be conducted by Dr. H. Orton Wiley and assisted by Dr. Everett Sanner, Dr. R. J. Plumb, Reverend D. W. Simpson, and Reverend V. P. Drake. Burial to follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Lamb Funeral Home.

Survived by his wife, Ora (Parks) Kring (died 1960), his son, Edward A. Kring (died 1962) of Mountain View, California; his daughter, Mrs. Harriet (Kring) Casey (born 1889 or 1900, died ?) of Los Angeles; his grandson of North Hollywood; also his brother, Percy Kring (died 1974 and buried in Lakin Cemetery, Lakin, Kearny County, Kansas) of Denver, Colorado; and sister Mrs. Katie (Kring) Sears (died 1965) of Junction City, Kansas. Researching to discover where Edward and Harriet are buried.

Not mentioned in the obit are the names of his parents: William and Rebecca (Tobias) Kring. They are buried in Lyndon Cemetery, Lyndon, Osage County, Kansas near his sister Katie.
