Eric L. Hornaday, 46, a lifelong Rushville resident, passed away at his home on February 2, 2015.

He was born August 13, 1968 to Terry & Brenda (Raike) Hornaday. Eric was a 1986 graduate of Rushville Consolidated High School.

Eric worked at Intat Precision for 10 years, Starkey Welding, Hittle Construction and ABM in Greensburg. He most recently had worked for Davis Towing in the shop area. He had attended Plum Creek Christian Church. Eric was a Pittsburg Steelers fan and was always known to have a big heart & quick to help anyone that needed him.

He is survived by his parents, Terry & Brenda Hornaday, a son, Derrick Hornaday and a brother, Tracy Hornaday all of Rushville.

Services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville. Friends are welcome to visit from 10 AM until time of service that same day at the mortuary.

Burial will be in Rushville's East Hill Cemetery.
