A requiem high mass will be celebrated this morning at 10 o’clock in Mt. Carmel church for Mrs. Mary Carmela Monaco, wife of John Monaco, of 1110 Webster street. Burial will be in St. Anthony’s mausoleum. She died Sunday in Ellis hospital after an illness since Tuesday.
Mrs. Monaco was born in New York city and resided in this city about 37 years. She was a communicant of Mt. Carmel church. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Angelo Rizzo.
Besides her husband, she leaves four sons, Daniel, John, Angelo and Joseph Monaco; four daughters, Miss Julia Monaco, Mrs. Fred Saka, Mrs. Raymond Tuceri and Mrs. Mario Bonaquist of Illinois; one brother, Joseph Rizzo of New York; and a sister, Mrs. Angelina Danzo of New York. There are four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
