He is survived by his wife, Annie Louise Keene Lasseter of Madison, three daughters, Edwina Ward (David) of Madison, Annette Sircy (Ola) of Madison, Shelia Groover (Bubba) of Cherry Lake; three brothers Elmer Lasseter of Dothan, Alabama and Julius Lasseter of Adel, Georgia; four sisters, Louise Thigpen, Louella Ray and Opan Joiner all of Sparks, Georgia and Lola Grace Thigpen of Madison; six grandchildren Lisa, Jim, William, Tonia, Jamie and Jason; one great granddaughter Logan. Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 23, 1995 at 11:00 A.M> in the Chapel of T. J. Beggs, Jr & Sons Funeral Home, Madison with the Rev. Richard Quackenbush officiating. Interment followed in the Stonewall Cemetery, Lee Florida.
