Pfc. U.S. Army, {US52679804}, Vietnam War-Pfc. Horn was killed in action from multiple fragmentation wounds on 3-22-1967 while serving as a Light Weapons Infantryman with Co. A of the 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division. Pfc. Horn started his tour of Vietnam on 9-28-1966.

Pfc. Horn is the son of Mr. Sherman & Mrs. Larna Horn of R.R. #3, Inez, Kentucky, and enlisted with the Army on April 6, 1966.

Awards: Bronze Star with "V" Device, Purple Heart Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Vietnam Service Medal with One Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal.
