Daughter of Samuel Johnson Case & Maggie Adeline Rierson Case. Wife of Robert Franklin Lester (ma. April 13, 1946).

STOKESDALE - Mrs. Mae Case Lester, 78, of Starmount Villa Nursing Home in Greensboro, formerly of Stokesdale, died Monday at Wesley Long Community Hospital.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Flat Rock United Methodist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

A native of Rockingham County, she was a retired employee of Bates Nightware and a member of the United Methodist Women.

Surviving are sons, First Sgt. James F. Lester of Enid, Okla.; brothers, Harvey Case of Stokesdale, Lloyd T. Case, Samuel J. Case, both of Greensboro, Curtis L. Case of Brown Summit; three grandchildren.

The family will be at Brooke Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today, other times at the residence of Mrs. Mary Lester, 5576 US 220 North, Summerfield.

Memorial contributions may be made to Flat Rock United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 188, Stokesdale, N.C. 27357.
