Abraham Baker was a son of Zachariah Baker and Susannah Washburn Baker. His father was born in Maryland and his mother in Pennsylvania. They bought 58 acres of land in Brooke County Virginia (now West Virginia) before 1806. They would later move to Carroll County, Ohio where their son Abraham Baker was listed in the Will, that he would receive part of his father's money equally divided among other brothers.
Abraham and Edna Brock had 7 children.
