Mrs. Trescott was a communicant of Christ the King Church in Westmere. She was an avid bridge player and loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Wife of the late Anthony Santulli and Norton Trescott; mother of Florence (Richard) Matteo of Albany, Carolyn (the late Benjamin) Abbate of Colonie, Denise (James) Moreen of Fayetteville, NY and the late Philip Santulli; mother-in-law of Madeline Santulli of Albany. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson Michael Abbate and his wife Janet.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Christ the King Church, 20 Sumter Ave., Westmere. Relatives and friends are invited and may also call at the Daniel Keenan Funeral Home, 490 Delaware Ave., Albany on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. The Parish family of Christ the King Church will gather at the funeral home at 4:30 p.m. on Monday for a service of prayer and remembrance. All are welcome to attend. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region, 139 South Lake Ave., Albany, NY 12208 or The Northeastern Association of the Blind at Albany, 301 Washington Ave., Albany, NY 12206.
