Harriet K. Allen, 83, the daughter of Fargo C. and Bessie Mae Fall Kramer was born Feb. 13, 1930, in Beach Grove, Ind., and died Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, Enid. She is survived by one son, Paul Allen of Springdale, Ark.; one sister, Ruth Cox of Cherokee; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Allen, one brother and a sister. Arrangements are under the direction of Goodwin Funeral Home, Cherokee.
