Mark W. Richcreek, 73, of 902 Brandt Ave., New Cumberland, died Wednesday in Harrisburg Hospital.

He was a retired supervisor for the York Naval Ordnance Depot and a retired sales representative for L.B. Smith Ford; a former member of First Church of God, VFW Post 7415, American Legion Post 143, Lowther Manor Lodge 781, F&AM, all of New Cumberland, Harrisburg Consistory, Tall Cedars of Lebanon Forest 43, Zembo Temple; and was secretary-treasurer of the VFW Home Association. He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Esther M. Richcreek; two sons, Mark Jr. of Mechanicsburg, and James DeSalle of Camp Hill; a daughter, Linda Surovcik of Pottsville; a sister, Helen Backenstoss of Tallahassee, Fla; five grandchildren; andf several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in First Church of God, with the Rev. Frank L. Demmy officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fairview Twp.

There will be no viewing.
