Jeanette Frison, 85, Strasburg, formerly of Linton, ND, died Saturday, August 1, 2009 at the Strasburg Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Linton, ND with Rev, Gary Benz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, August 3, 2009 at Myers Funeral Home from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour before services on Tuesday at the church.

Jeanette was born June 19, 1924 in Linton, ND, the daughter of Alexander and Margaret (Meier) Bosch. She attended school in Linton, and graduated from the Linton High School in 1942.

She married Anton “Tony” Frison on September 3, 1949 in Linton, ND. Following their marriage they lived in Linton where Jeanette raised her family. She was a devoted wife and mother.

Jeanette was a member of St. Anthony’s Christian Mothers. She enjoyed sitting on her porch, playing cards and spending time with friends and family. Jeanette had been a resident at Strasburg Care Center for the last year.

She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law: Joel Frison of Bismarck, ND and Dave and Cindy Frison of Fessenden, ND; one daughter: Jackie Frison of Linton, ND; seven grandchildren: Amy Frison, Jane (Mark) Pearson, Mike Frison, Kim (Mike) Chaussee, Dawn (Troy) Gullickson, Tony Frison and Kaylyn Frison; and six great grandchildren: Christine, Jonathan, Adam, Hannah, Dalton and Lindey.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1976, one son, Jerome, five brothers, Chris, Joe, George, Alex “Toot” and Ben, and six sisters, Anne, Dorothy, Margaret, Lucy, Josephine and Mary.
