YORK - Dorothy L. "Nana" Greenholt, 88, of York, died at 10:40 a.m. Saturday at The Brunswick at Longstown. She was the wife of the late Edward C. Greenholt.
The service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 839 W. Market St., York. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Viewing will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the church parlor. The Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St., York, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Greenholt was born Nov. 7, 1911, in York. She was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary Elizabeth (Decker) Bupp.
She was the former owner of Eddie's Food Market in York for 51 years. She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and its Half Century Club; a member of Meistersingers; a former member of Second E.U.B. Church of York and its choir; and a volunteer for Easter Seals.
Mrs. Greenholt is survived by a daughter, Dottie Y. Moquin of York; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Dr. E. Gordon Ross.
