Mary Susie Gryspeerd, the daughter of the late Camiel and Zoe (VanHevel) Gryspeerd, was born in Detroit, February 23, 1926.
Miss Mary Susie Gryspeerd was united in marriage to Mr. Richard Thomas Griskiewicz on Friday, May 24, 1946, in Utica. Richard passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010.
She grew up on a farm in Utica before moving to Macomb in her teens and then to Wales Township in 1991. Her passion was farming and being in the fields. Mary loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Mary was a parishioner of Holy Family Parish, Memphis.

She is preceded in death by:

Visitation for family and friends of Mrs. Mary Griskiewicz will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Kaatz Funeral Directors, Richmond, with Rosary Devotion at 7:00 p.m.
Rite of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Holy Family Parish, Memphis, with 10:00 a.m. visiting. Fr. Phillip Chang will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Phillip Neri Cemetery, Columbus Township.
Memorials are suggested to “Wishes of the Family”.
