HOMEDALE — Services for Mrs. Alice Magnolia Walker, 84, Homedale who died Tuesday at a
Caldwell hospital, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, in the Homedale Flahiff Chapel
by Elder Noel Harvey of Antioch Baptist Church in Caldwell.

Interment will follow at the Wilder Cemetery.

She was born Oct. 23, 1882, at Lost Creek, Tenn. and was raised in Tennessee. She
married the Rev. Floyd J. Walker at Lost Creek on Dec. 30, 1900. The family lived in
Texas and Colorado before moving to Meridian in 1934. They moved to Homedale in 1940 and
she had resided in Homedale since. She was a member of the Homedale Baptist Church.

Surviving are five sons, William J. of Ogden, Ben I. of New Plymouth, John G. of Moses
Lake, Wash., and C. Lewis and Oliver J. Walker, both of Homedale; a daughter, Mrs. Edwin
Classen of Star; four brothers, Isaac and Nelson Wilson, both of Greenback, Tenn.,
Charlie Wilson of Holiday, Texas, and Jasper Wilson of Harrington, Wash.; a sister,
Amanda Weaver of LaFollette, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Her
husband preceded her in death in 1951. She was also preceded in death by three
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
