She was born Dec. 4, 1919, in Buffalo Hart, the daughter of Donald and Clea Burris Febus.
She married George Fred Hinds in 1937 in St. Louis; he preceded her in death in 1974.
A son, Kenneth Fred Hinds, also preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hinds was a cook at Elkhart Grade School for 13 years and employed at St. John's Hospital for 18 years.
Survivors: a son; three daughters; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and a brother, William Febus of Rochester.
Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Burial: Roselawn Cemetery.
