Dale J. Antes, 74, of Kenosha, passed away June 6, 2007, at United Hospital System-Kenosha Campus. Born August 8, 1932, in Antigo, WI, he was the son of the late Alvah and Evelyn (Krumbach) Antes. He moved to Kenosha in 1942 and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in 1950. He entered the service on January 30, 1951, serving in Panama with the United States Army Corp of Engineers and was honorably discharged on January 29, 1954. On March 2, 1957, he married Nina L. Auge in Waukegan, IL. For seven years he was the owner and operator of Dale J. Antes Construction Co. and D & A Products (Cabinet Shop). He then worked at American Motors as a General Foreman for 20 years retiring on November 30, 1988. He was a member of the American Legion and a former member of the Moose Lodge. Surviving are his wife, Nina; his seven children; twenty-five grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren. Entombment at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park with full military honors.
