BARKER, MRS. THELMA ELIZABETH - age 71 of 512 N. Hampton Ave., Orlando, Fla. formerly of Maryville and Alcoa for many years, died at 2:55 p.m. Thursday at E.T.B.H.
She was a member of the Methodist Church and a retired employee of the Dixie Supermarket in Maryville for several years.
Mrs. Barker was preceded in death by her 1st husband, the late Bill McCampbell of Maryville.
Survivors: husband, Alfred Barker; daughter, Mrs. Charles (Margie) Hobbs, Knoxville; 2 grandchildren, Marcie and Holly Hobbs, Knoxville; brothers, Nelson Peterson, Mims, Fla., Herman Peterson, Deland, Fla., Willie, J.C. and Judge Peterson, all of Orlando, Fla.; sisters, Mrs. Mildred Ward, Edgewater, Fla., Mrs. Doris Thompson, Orlando, Fla., Mrs. Marie Newton, Oviedo, Fla; other devoted friends to include, K. H. (Bucky) and Helen Howard Jr., Alcoa, Mike Bogle, Maryville, Renee Howard, Alcoa, Chuck Howard, Los Angeles, Calif.
Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday, Holly Hills Chapel, Rev. Larry Carroll officiating.
Entombment will be in Holly Hills Chapel Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Saturday at Holly Hills Funeral Home.
