Nancy Ann Bloom, 77, of Allentown, died July 2, 2014 in St. Luke's Hospital-Allentown. The daughter of the late Robert Earl and Miriam E (Bitler) Tews. She was the wife of Phillip Bloom and they were married for 53 yrs.
She was a member of Cathedral St. Catharine Of Siena Church, a Girl Scout Leader for 14 yrs for the former Great Valley Council in Allentown and a former member of the Daughters of Revolution. She graduated from Germantown Hospital School of Nursing in 1960 in Phila. Nancy was employed as a Registered Nurse at St Luke’s Hospital in Allentown for 43 yrs before retiring in 2011.
Survivors: her husband: Phillip, three daughters: Deanna Bloom of Allentown, Carol Wife Of James Lynch of Orefield, PA, Kimberly Bloom of Hellertown, PA and one son: Eric Bloom of Allentown.
Grandchildren, Aaron, Jessica, Meghan, Samantha, And Abigail; Great Grandson, Jareth
Predeceased by her sister, Barbara Behney, Brother, Robert And Timothy Tews
