She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church ever since she became a resident of this city over 45 years ago, and was among its most loyal communicants.
She and her sister, Miss Henrietta Motter, were regular attendants, and also took an active interest in every auxiliary enterprise calculated to promote the church's influence for good in the community.
Miss Motter was a daughter of the late Judge and Mrs. William Motter, of Hagerstown, and was born there 78 years ago. She was a sister of the late Mrs. Benjamin T. Holliday, of this city, and with her unmarried sister had lived hee since 1891. In addition to her sister who resides here she leaves one other sister, Mrs. Arthur Shriver, of Cumberland, Md.
Interment was in the family lot in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown.

Miss SADGE B. MOTTER, a sister of Mrs. Arthur Shriver, 108 Washington Street, died last night at her home in Winchester, Va. She was well known here, having lived at one time with Mrs. Shriver. Another sister survives at Winchester, Miss Henrietta Motter. Mrs. J. Thruston Boyd, Mrs. George F. Sansbury and Miss Columbia Bruce, all of Cumberland, are nieces.
